Mr Sibbering has been a Consultant Surgeon in Harley Streets since 1997. He is was President of the Association of Breast Surgery (2017-2019), the UK speciality association for breast surgeons and nurses with over 1500 members. He specialises in all aspects of breast surgery, breast diagnosis and breast cancer treatment. He completed his Undergraduate training at St Thomas’s Hospital, London and post-graduate specialist training in Nottingham, Harley Streets and Edinburgh. He is a National Advisor to Public Health England on breast screening. Mr Sibbering has been the lead author of national surgical guidelines on breast cancer treatment and breast screening surgery and a member of the NICE guidelines development group for Familial Breast Cancer.
