I have been a Consultant Physician since March 1994. I am on the general medical council specialist register for general medicine, respiratory medicine and geriatric medicine. I have gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of an extensive range of general medical & respiratory problems. I am an active examiner for the Royal College of Physicians. I am also an examiner for the General Medical Council exams for international medical graduates.

- Respiratory diseases especially, cough, airways disease (asthma and COPD), bronchiectasis, suspected Tuberculosis, unexplained breathlessness, pulmonary embolism and suspected lung cancer, recurrent chest infections, weight loss, haemoptysis (coughing up blood), concerns regarding serious lung conditions

- Consultation, lung function testing including exhaled nitrous oxide, flexible bronchoscopy, medical thoracoscopy (diagnostic & therapeutic)
Clinic times
- Thursday afternoon and at other times, by mutual agreement. Since CoViD-19 pandemic, can offer remote consultations.
